We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst at our headquarters in Coopersburg, Pa. As a Go-to-Market Strategy Analyst at Lutron, you will be responsible for facilitating the definition and creation of Lutron's go-to-market and sales strategy for new products with the sales leadership team. You will also be responsible for defining a scalable infrastructure and process to support the sales team business planning efforts and ongoing measurement to the plan. |
| Responsibilities |
Facilitate Lutron's sales and product leadership to identify new go-to-market opportunities for key products and solutions Facilitate a cross-functional team to brainstorm multiple go-to-market approaches for each key product/ solution assigned to you Document all elements of the go-to-market strategy options and prepare executive level presentation materials Work with your Sales Operations colleagues to define the approach to capture the results of your GTM research and strategy discussions in the Lutron corporate system infrastructure to allow for market profiling and sales analytics Solicit input from cross-functional Sales leadership team on the key requirements for a sales business plan infrastructure and process Work with Sales HR and Sales Operations to understand key performance metrics for sales teams and the technical ability to capture and track this information Define and gain leadership agreement on the business planning process for 2010 for the global sales teams |
